All sales are final once a product has been:

• Accessed
• Delivered electronically

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital products.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may only be granted in the following cases:

• You did not receive access to the purchased product
• The file is corrupted or unusable and cannot be replaced
